Place what you desire on your success activation card.
Do a release of the home - clear the home and property with tubes of light, thank the home, visualize cutting the energetic ties between you and the house.
Make sure the 20-year and yearly stars are cured/activated (Level Three), and do the "selling a house" special feature found on the DVD for Level Two
Of course they and you have to do your part to put the house on the market.

You could activate your relationship direction with the owners, and place a fair price and timeline for the purchase of the house by you on the success card - best to word it for the best home for you and your resources to come to you (rather than sticking with a house that may not be the best for you in the long run).
