In Pete case, he seems as though he has read through the whole text and remember the details (in PR tapes, Paul said the purpose is to find out the 4-11% that are meaningful to us, but wt Pete did is clearly more than that).
Looks can be deceiving. Like I said he's been doing PhotoReading since 1986 and has learned to trust his mind. So when someone asks him a question he lets the answer come up and that is his first conscious awareness of the answer.
