As a total newbie to SFQG; someone who hasn't even received his order in the mail yet, may I ask a question?
Are you sure it isn't allergies? It is springtime. I am posting from the East Coast of the USA, and here all the flowers and bushes and shrubs are in bloom and there's pollen everywhere. I teach in a high school, and it seems as if 1/2 the kids and a lot of the adults have runny noses and are sneezing and have headaches and what-not. Have you suffered from allergies in the past? Sometimes people can develop allergies to substances that they didn't have before. I developed an allergy to raw apples and peaches and other fruits of that type. I can eat them cooked, but if I take more than a bite or two of them raw, bad things happen. When I was a kid I could apples by the bushel. Now I can't touch them.
The same thing happened with 'forsythia' bushes. They never used to bother me. Then all of a sudden, whenever they go into bloom (like now), I end up sneezing and develop intermittent headaches.
I know that oftentimes, if I have a headache or a muscle ache my posture will change and that will often cause a little "tweak" in my back and THAT will result in what's called "referred pain" because my spine gets out of alignment.
If what you're experiencing is the result of a blockage working its way out, I'm very interested in hearing what happens. Since I haven't even started SFQG yet, I'm intensely curious as to what to expect.
Hope you're feeling better!
