The package arrived yesterday, and I spent some time going through it. I watched the introductory video and listened to the first audio CD's and leafed through the manual.

It seems as if the sequence of the manual is slightly askew to me. It's almost as if there's two separate things going on at the same time. No big deal, really. There's a ton of information in there and I've noticed that Master Lin covers each topic quite thoroughly; both in the audio portions as well as in the manual.

Today I watched the first DVD "For Health" all the way through and did all the active exercises along with the video. The movements remind me a lot of Tai Chi. I spent many years doing Tae Kwon Do and Tai Chi and some other stuff, so learning new movements like this isn't too difficult for me, thank goodness.

I liked the movements, and I could feel some energy moving around. I especially felt it in my palms; they got pretty warm and I could feel the resistance between my palms in the Joining of the Yin and Yang exercise.

All in all, I liked it a great deal. Now tonight I have a long-distance Reiki attunement scheduled.

There's going to be a lot of energy flying around here tonight!
