PhotoRead the book. Then postview each chapter. Pull 12 trigger words or at least 3 more than is required per chapter. You can eliminate after superreading the ones that don't cut it.
Superread and dip shouldn't take more than 6 minutes for a chapter. Mind map for your review and do the next chapter. If you are organised you can pull trigger words and activate making it 10 minutes per chapter mind map for your review. It shouldn't take more than 3 or 4 sentences for the review. So aim to get 3 chapters done in that 30 minutes.
