Curto Junior Member Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 7	When you're doing the "Small Universe" meditation - do you start with an "O-O-O-M" sound when you're at the navel, and then proceed with a "M-O-O-O" sound when you're at the bladder? I don't have my tape with me and I'm planning on imagining the sounds. I'm pretty sure this is the way it is, but I'm wanting to make sure. much love, Curtis
