I've searched this forum and find a lot of posts on anger (good to know I'm not alone). I know that the Behavior paraliminal can be used for this. And I am waiting for my Anxiety CD. I know that the anger is rooted in fear and sadness. But still, the outer manifestation is causing me much pain. I've gotten lots of great feedback on my recent question about it.

Still, since this is such a concrete action, I would love a CD just focused on removing that behavior specifically.

So, it's just a request. In the meantime, I'll work with what there is and my SFQ. I am not sure about getting the behavior CD. I'm getting focus and concentration, anxiety, and the two SFQ CDs. I'm also doing SFQ meditation.

Thanks

For what its worth....

I remember listening to a brian tracy cd a few years ago, and he suggested that a good way to release anger was simply to find a safe way to express it. Go someplace where nobody can hear you can scream at whoever or whatever your angry at... or wait till there's nobody home and beat on something non-breakable (like a bed or a sofa) with a tennis racket until you can't lift your arms..

Or you could try some EFT, got to emofree.com and check the forums there. I'm sure some people could help you out.

Peace

Break the Habit and New History Generator since you say that it stems from the past that would be a good Paraliminal to put to use.

Hi:)
First off, anger is an emotion that is a reaction to a threat. Anger has messages within it which first have to be learned before one can properly remove it.
The easiest and quickest way to learn the messages involved with the anger is free association. Take 20 minutes to write down anything and everything that occurs to you, as quickly as possible, when you have an anger that feels wrong. Do not censor what comes out. Do not eliminate anything that seems irrelevant or ridiculous.
Once you have this information, make a list of the different messages you can discern, including the subtle messages that come to you as you read through your writing.
Next, repeat each individual message with the prefix "I accept that..." Keep doing this until you feel a sense of completion with respect to that part of your list. Then go on to the next sentence in your list.
NOW you can use the various paraliminals with profit!:)
best wishes,
Mike Rael
