Hey mylam,
You only apply the photoreading step to the ten books each day, and activate at least one of them every week. Activating more would be better, of course, but just make sure it's at least one.
When you super read, you're not looking for what's going on on the page, but rather in your head. You shouldn't be reading when super reading, but instead looking for thoughts, or clues as to when to start dipping.
What photoreading does is it exposes the whole book to your other than conscious mind, so that your conscious mind may then be guided by the unconscious mind to where the information you want is in the book. When you're super reading, you're simply looking for those places.
You super read and dip a book more than once because it's very possible that you miss a cue that told you to dip into a certain section in the book. By going over the book again, you will most likely pick up on that cue, and you'll find the information you want.
Try to keep mind maps simple. Use small pictures, abbreviations, and you don't have to make it look pretty. Just keep it short and simple, and you should be fine, as long as you know what you're writing about. No complete sentences, either.
