Quantum Speed Reading right? I think I know what you're talking about. It was discovered from some Japanese woman, I guess a child psychologist or something. She gave some kids a few books and they were instructed to flip them in front of their face. After it was over, one kid kept doing it and was able to discuss what the book was about.
Is that what you're talking about? I think it's meant mostly for children.
