Dizzy Member Joined: May 2008 Posts: 182	I am new to SFQ and as it is 3.00am here when Group Healing takes place on Saturdays, how do I send energy to the people listed for the Group Healing?

In that case, pick a day/time, scan through the submitted names, and do the meditation with the intent on joining the others who will be on during the "standard" mediation time. Much Love, Shawn
