Hey Kyle,
http://www.learningstrategies.com/RecommendedReading.aspThey have very good books there, so far I've only checked out one (The Speed of Trust; The One Thing that Changes Everything), and it was very, VERY good.
It has a bunch of others on the brain, psychology, and it even includes Happy For No Reason.
Over the summer, I plan on visiting the library often, and photoreading/activating at least five books a week, hopefully more.
I think the book you chose would be good to start with, but photoread everything you can get your hands on.
Honestly, I haven't been photoreading much lately, either, but I am starting again.
Should you photoread daily? Yes. Should you photoread the same book daily? If you want, but it's not necessary.
I hope I could help.
