Well, you are partly correct: most of those two pages are on the DVD. Page 16 is illustrations and instructions for the exercise "Harmony of the Universe". The lower half of page 15 is same for "Joining of Yin & Yang".
The bad news, is that there is some valuable info on the top half of page 15 (continued from page 14 and continued ON page 17.
