The programming principles seem the same over time.

I have a few old books around here on improving vision. Dated back to the 30's and 40's, 'Art of Seeing' by Aldous Huxley, 1942 and 'See Without Glasses' by Ralph J. MacFadyen, 1948. A few other gems...

They encompassed exercises like palming, long-swing, using an eye-chart for confidence etc. I got into it from time to time back 25 years or so. Succeeded only in slowly down the advance of near-sightedness to where it is stable and mostly 20/20 correctable. I found 'emotional' blocks to my progress when I was younger, I think fondly from time to time to take up the studies again.

Good success to you!!
