I have arthritis in my hip and want to know how to do lower spine healing as I find it difficult to do anything on my back - it's awkward. Any suggestions?
If you are referring to sword fingering the areas opn your back, you can stand in front of a mirror and shoot right through the front to chop up the sick magnetic field in the back.
