Hey IanBo,

You don't need to apply all the steps to the photoreading system to get good results. To get your reading done in 1/3 the time with better comprehension you will apply all the steps. Photoreading helps you eliminate what you don't want so that you don't need to read every word or every paragraph. Using just photoreading and activation, you can probably get your reading done in 1/5 the time. I find I get a lot of my reading done in 1/10 the time alone with just photoreading and activating.

Sometimes you'll need to also apply rapid reading, which will take you down to 1/3 the time, which is still much faster than regular reading methods.

When photoreaders say that they read books in a bookstore for 5 minutes, they usually don't include preview or activating. They just use the photoreading step. This is helpful in achieving spontaneous activation.

Alex once told me that she was able to photoread AND activate 5 books in about an hour at the library. This is an average of 1 book every 12 minutes. As you can see, the system really does help out if you USE it.

About the experience you had. It seems as if it were a conscious effort in thinking what it was about. When you photoread you don't have conscious knowledge after you're done photoreading.
I haven't had an experience like you mentioned, and have never seen the "other dimension" post. But I do agree that with conditioning and purpose your mind can achieve anything.

I hope I've given you some useful information to think about, feel free to ask about anything you're unclear of.
