Thank you, CPW1, for your recommendation. Since 31 July 2008 I have been working on a daily journal of gratitude (5 new items everyday) and forgiveness (3).

Do you refer to the book by Dr Maxwell Maltz on psycho-cybernetics? Do you thing the original book (1989) has been superseded by the new (2002) book called New Psycho-cybernetics?

How different is the Boundless Renewal Course from other courses by LSC? How long did you spend everyday on it? How long did it take you to get some tangible results?

I think most attempts to change our lives are not easy. In some cases you can flip out of some unwanted patterns or behaviours, but the deep-rooted problems are very hard to get rid of particularly when you are doing it while under pressure from the outside world.

Keep in mind that I also meditate 1-2 hours a day using Holosync (I am near the end of Awakening 2). Have you tried it?

They are the exact same book, but the new one is updated.

Boundless Renewal helped me dig up a issue at the roots and I noticed my results in about four dayss.

As far as the outside world I learned from mistakes to keep them out my business because if you open up to soon before getting real confident to them they can slip a negative belief "comment"in your system that will delay your results.

Practice forgiving and gratitude all day silently make them your predominant "second nature" thoughts,a watchminder or motivaider will speed up the process alot!!

I have not worked my way up to meditating yet, but I do concentrate. How do you like meditaing what benefits have you got?

I heard alot of good stuff about THE PHOENIX PROCESS from real respectible people.

I am in the Awaking Stage of the Law of Attraction Process

One more thing uniquesoul I was skeptical about TFT or EFT. But it is having a positive effect I can not explain.

Thank you so much, CPW1, for your detailed replies.

I got into Holosync (www.centerpointe.com) in 2002, but only seriously since 2005. Bill Harris, the Holosync developer, is a friend of Paul Scheele, so I got into the Paraliminals and other other excellent LSC products.

I am an Inner Circle member of Holosync, so I am into it for the long haul. It helps changing your brain so that, through new synapses, you can become overall more and more tollerant about what happens around you. I believe it makes you more aware of what's around you and allows you to be more perceptive (ie you see solutions to problems much better than experts in the field, while you only apply basic principles). I meditate 1 to 2 hours (or sometimes more) a day on the program. It has helped me to calm down, has decreased my anger caused by events in the workplace and has provided a steady path forwards in life. If am stuck, I can tap into the Centerpointe helpdesk (email or phone call).

I took a TFT course in 2003. I think the method is good. In the end, you cannot spread yourself out too thinly across so many different methods because people have found them useful and they are heavily marketed. You can spend lots of time and money searching for and buying, respectively, new techniques and trying them out. At the bottom of everything, I believe, the principles of almost all techniques are very similar to each other. Lots of them are no more than updated versions of work done in the past by people like Maxwell Maltz, Napoleon Hill, etc.

At the moment I find dowsing very effective. As I am on a tight budget at the moment, I cannot afford to buy Diamond Dowsing yet, but will probably buy it in the future. I just use a pendulum or L-shaped rods, the latter bought from http://www.dowsers.com . In my case, dowsing my own energy (beneficial or detrimental) and saying a non-religious prayer to balance it is effective.

Personally I favour personal development tools which have a combination of physical (like binaural stimulation, the Paraliminals with different sounds for each ear, TFT with tapping, etc) and emotional component (like visualisation, releasing, etc).
