Would you please clarify? I don't exactly get where you are coming from here. I realize the reference to apology has something to do with my statement (?), and I am assuming that you are labeling the self-referential comments at the beginning of my post as "constant self-reflection." Is that accurate? If so, then are you saying my viewpoint is the same as proposed by the 12 steppers?

My point was that there is no need to apologize and that it's a good thing to accept the good things about yourself as well as the bad things and to identify yourself as someone ultimately capable.

If your comments about chakras is another way of saying that a person's desires and values are out of whack and that this can contribute to a paranoid view of God, then I can certainly agree with you there.
