Hello i'm a beginner(since march 2008)...

1) is "relaxed alertness" same as "acelerated learning state" and "ideal state"? i'm always confused between these terms and wonder whether they refer to the same thing.

2)can i simply use the 'learning outcomes" at the beginning of each chapter in a textbook as my purpose or mind probing question? Because i just can't establish any purposes or mind probing question as the topic in text books is very new to me.

3)Sometimes the question in the test paper ask detailed questions, so i wonder if i PR the textbook i would miss any important details. When i attepmt rapid reading, i feel like i'm using the traditional method cos' it spent a lot of time...anyway to overcome?

4) can i just ignored the mindmapping step in activation? Would i recalled the things i pR after sometimes if so? Will i hv disadvantage when doing revision without mindmaps?

5) in the paraliminal tape "memory supercharger", i heard different Paul scheele's voice on my left and right ears and at last i din know what i'm listening!!! What happened?

6) there is still no live photoreading live seminar here in Malaysia and can i really self-study and succeed?

Thanks!
