Maybe it's your expectations? (Either not high enough, or too high?)

I've had wonderful results with these programs, with the exception of the Sonic Access, which are nice meditations, but don't seem to accomplish much for me.

Some of my successes include significant weight loss using Ideal Weight (note: I used Paul McKenna's "I Can Make You Thin" techniques alongside it--but I was guided to try them while using the Ideal Weight), improved attitudes (a side effect of most of the cds), improved habits and a better sense of self. Not just self-esteem (there's a program for that, too) but self.

Specific successes--I'd had a problem with procrastinating for some time. I started using Instantaneous Personal Magnetism. On the surface, this one should not have much to do with procrastination, but there is a sequence in the program where you imagine a sort of role model, then just sort of step into them. I use this program for MANY things, and every single (EVERY) time I do, I have a major success. This technique (also used by Paul McKenna and a few others) is pure dynamite. No doubt it improves my "personal magnetism" too.

Perfect Health--from time to time I have challenges in this area. The other day I felt flu symptoms coming on. I sat down with this cd and by the time it was done, I felt great. Never did get the flu.

Personal Genius--this is one of the best remedies for writers block that I've ever found. It doesn't always work immediately, but usually by the next day, ideas are flowing again. I also like to use it when I need to make the right decision and all options look pretty much equal.

You Deserve It--one of the best, although I prefer to use it WITH one of the others. It's much more difficult to achieve a goal if, somewhere deep down inside, you don't feel as though you deserve it.

Along the same lines, it's also more difficult to get anywhere with your life if you're depressed and negative. That's where programs like Happy For No Reason come in. I do like this one, but as far as I'm concerned, the BEST one of these comes as part of a set, "Euphoria!" Frankly, it's worth buying the whole set for that one CD, the one by Paul Scheele--toss the rest of the programs in the set if you want, but the Paul Scheele CD is worth every penny of the price of the set. I simply cannot listen to that CD without having a serious case of the GRINS for the rest of the day, maybe the rest of the week.

So, do I think they work? No. I KNOW that they work!
