Hello there.
Uni text books of course always republish as current editions. They are laid out really well now, they almost do the work for you!

If each chapter begins with a set of preview questions, does this qualify as a postview/preview?

And do key points/summaries at ends of chapters qualify as dipping/activation, given that the 'juice' of the text has been taken out and exposed?

Hey steve345,

I'm sure that using the preview questions would be fine as a postview or preview. Also try to pull out a small amount of trigger words from the chapters.

I would be careful with the key points and summaries being used as activation. They may aid activation, but I would still activate the chapters like you normally would, if those summaries weren't there.
