I would like to share with you my experience with "Deep Relaxation" Paraliminal program. It's a relaxing oasis.
Naturally I listen to Paul's voice guiding me down to an inner peace. There, I am totally relaxed.
At this deep level, all my (negative) worries and concerns vanish.
At this deep level I stop the cd and begin to reprogram my thinking.
Soon I turn the cd back on and Paul's voice guides me back up to normal conscious state.
I use this program on a weekly basis to relax and reprogram.
