Take it easy folks, Could simply be the effects of the solar storm. Seriously. It seems that the storm is capable of affecting power and nagivation equipment (magnetic and electictical system) some research has taken place to show that it can affect the human body too. I got some information about it when they mentioned the solar flare/storm on TV warning about the possibiliy of problems when the flare hit earth 2 to 3 days later. There was a major flare on the 22nd and whilst I have no idea how long they expect the effect to last. The problems you've experience may just be because as a result of your meditations etc you are more sensitive to the storm.
Wait a few more days and see
