Hi,

Thanks for your answer, Alex.

I am taking your advice, Flex, and start a "new" thread, at least to make you share what it looks like for me from the "stepstone" I jumped in since I followed Alex's path/ guidelines yesterday.
"The more paths you take the richer and efficient the experience". So I look forward to hearing from you all.

> I understand - if I am correct Alex - that whatever subject I have to deal with, key words HAVE TO BE(or are likely to be best memorized if they are) FIRST tied up together in a ABC list; this is one of the first way of making sense of the subject, deepening my understanding, etc. (If I am correct, I could also mindmap the theme with main branches for the principal keywords, sub branches for sub key words, and so on, right ?)
Chosing these words as key words and not other words already directs my focusing + constructing and weaving mental threads, doesn't it?
EX. ("perception processes" theme) : "A" = "agent", "B"= "baro-receptors", "C" = "coding", "D" = "detection", etc.....

> Then, going "down the list recalling all my keywordsduring piggy bank time" is the 2nd step ...

> ... during which I may not recall some keywords as easily as the others ...

> ... hence the Intelligence gap management combinations, the "recipe" of which would be :
I need the ANCHORMAN LIST on hand euh by heart (sorry ) > every digit is tied up to a letter > to a generic/ predefined word

and then, here we go :
...--- (my failing recalling - I've just tested a few minutes before !)"B" ... "What's B " ????? OK it WAS "baro-receptors" that's just fine ... Let's call "emergency reconstructing anchorman list"
... --- OK, "B" = n°2, which is "Bugs Bunny" in anchorman list( or let's say "Bird" in my anchorman list(because 2 legs, two ears))(Frenchly speaking, I chose "Bonjour!" cause you need to be two)...
... then it's time to let an association pop in and links temporarily "Bugs Bunny" (or my "BOnjour" or "bird") and "baro-receptor" :
EX. BUGS BUNNY as an astronaut rolling over and over himself still grapping his carrot with his long ears upside down and asking "hummh... WHAT'S UP folks? Any BARS down there ? Too much PRESSURE, hum ? Mind the RECEPTION !!"
[ I love associating ! ]

> Then, once each needed linking has been established to cue my cognition processes, I check it back again throughout the list.

Do you feel I followed you and made correct steps, Alex ? I must say I appreciated very much to proceed according to what i understood from your feed-back .
What do you think about this sketch, Flex ?

Thanks again
Bertrand
