Sorry if I didn't make it clear that it could be just because of my lack of mastery of the English language that I found it hard to follow.

I do it as a costarican 46 y/o in Montreal speaking french every day. (inoltre, la mia lingua รจ le spagnolo)
I'm glad at least we are not talking about an English course.
