The Anchorman List has a double purpose. It helps you to numerically remember the alphabet. H=8 for V=22.

If you don't need to remember something in order just use an ABC list and associate each word to the letter

For example if I wanted to do an ABC list for the book Synchro Destiny by Deepack Chopra

N=Non local Intelligence
S= Symbols
C= coincidence, consciouness, consistency
O Observation,
D=Desires

so on.

When I want to recall the book I just think of the letters of the alphabed and they cue me to the starting letter of my que word. If I seriously wanted to remember this list I would practise recalling them during piggy bank time. Then I only need to note which letter I blanked on to fix my memory web later when I look at the list.
