I'm having trouble with my psyc. textbook. Its quite large, and even after the tangerine I'm finding it hard to pick up the words at the corners. I've just been going through all the left pages first and then the right pages.

Also when u get the blip, are your eyes meant to stay in the centre or do you move your eyes around the page?

The supra-conscious mind is using peripheral vision all the time anyway, so is not encumbered by the size of the book; indeed you are still taking in most of the room you are sitting in.

Photoread in a crowd where people are moving about. Then when you activate concentrate on the surrounding environment as well as the content of the text.

You are far more capable than you might imagine.

Add a bit more distance between you and the book. Example do it standing up at the table like you would newspapers rather than sitting down.
