It's probably what I said before.

But let's hear what brain has to say.

Hi Infinite Light.

What i have noticed is that many times brain just does not listen. I have given him great advice, Jacktuff13 has given him great advice, and Yukala has also given him great advice.

Or it could be that brain hears our advice but chooses to ignore the advice we give him.

It is like it goes in one ear and out the other ear.

So then the ? becomes is brain applying any of the advice that has been given to him from this forum?

Brain did mention something on one of the posts about talking a lot.

We will let brain respond.

One thing I haven't experienced in all these years is the information "gelling" to your conscious mind and you being able to never forget it. I want to experience that. I already know that what I should do is to "say the affirmation that you want the information to gel to your conscious mind and just photoread some more and it'll come" besides that is their any other suggestions?

For you if you want to get that gelling experience, mind map a few books. You'll hook up that gelling feeling much more successfully. Right now you're you haven't quite switched on the whole mind.

Thanks for the advice Alex. Everytime I read your posts I learn something about photoreading. Reading all your replies to all these people have motivated me more to get this thing done and build my mind body connection.

But do I make a mind map after activating or while activating. I mean to say what I've been doing is making mind maps as I go on through the activation process. Should I be mind mapping after I get done super reading and dipping or doing it while I'm superreading and dipping is fine?

Personally I like to pick up the pen and mind map when I see an idea I want to record. As a rule I drop the pen when I've written the word and relevant branches to that idea. It prevents me from mind mapping too much irrelevant detail and stay on focus.

For the same reason some choose to mind map after activation however they are confronted with the minds natural need to forget something in order to think of something else. So they feel like they lost it all. That's why many people avoid mind mapping. The way around this is to 1. leave the mind mapping until you are almost finished and then give yourself permission to look back over what you just activated to trigger quick recall and mind map or 2. leave the mind mapping till the end draw out what you can and then review the pages you just activated to polish it off.

I recommend option 1 while you are still developing mind mapping skills and option 2 once you have some confidence with mind mapping. You have the benefit of quick review with these two options which enhances long term memory. If you want to follow my technique I suggest you only do that once you've been mind mapping for a while.
