I never thought of lucid dreaming as something difficult to do or have happen.
It is more like when conditions are right, you can not hardly keep it from happening.
However, very keen and persisting desire, pays great dividends.
To me that lucid dream experience of finding or seeing ones image in a mirror, even to having that image be a valid you in another time/place is what I call a 'full-circle'. A finding of Self.
Especially as the 'awareness' of being that you floods you with new understanding, memories, knowledge etc., whatever term one need label it.
