Yes, that's basically the whole process.
Super reading and dipping is more than just reading the parts you want, as it is not guided by the conscious mind, yet guided by the non-conscious mind.
The photoreading step is the paradigm shift, it IS the most important step. That's obviously why they named the whole process, "Photoreading."
