for me - I visualise the middle dantian to be in the central channel of my body near the lower sternum radiating outwards to the area of the heart and surrounds - both left and right.
I do this because we talk about the front and back channels being in the centre of our body - and the dantiens for me radiate out from the primary centre channels at the three specific points (lower, middle and upper).
