Yes, I've used this CD for several months now. Of course, I have loads of CDs & tapes to listen to, including all those paraliminals .

They are different as night and day. The tracks on the CD consist of two 15 minute tracks and one 30 minute track. The CD tracks use binaural beat frequencies. With the 10 minute supercharger, you're going to have to get maximum rest in that short amount of time (without binaural beats and a repetitive masking aural ambience). You'll get more benefits from the 30 minute track. I like to rip the tracks to disk so I can burn a new CD with the ordering that I prefer, which is to put the BR track first instead of last.

I also like doing strange things like taking two or more tracks from different tape or CD programs and combining them together into a single audio track using a software audio mixer. I could then take tracks like BioRecharge and/or Awakened Minds and/or Holosync and/or (choose any) paraliminal tape and/or Monroe Institute Gateway/Voyager/Focus 21, and/or personal BWGEN compositions, etc., etc., ad nauseum. This way I save listening time by maximizing available time more efficiently. A mix of beta, alpha, theta, delta binaural beat frequencies are always good. You can also make your own paraliminal tracks with a mixer program. I just love having dozens of voices going through my ears - the more overhwelm, the better!! (Hehe, don't try this at home, folks. )

Do you really get all the benifits of all the tapes when you are listening to all of them at the same time. Because isnt the point of diffrent alpha, beta, delta, theta brainwave beats to get your mind to that state. It sounds like if you mix them then your brain will get confused and resist everything. Please explain to me how this works. I am also a self halp junkie and, would like to utilize what you are doing if it trully works. Thanks

Yes definitely. Being a purist and using only one of those ranges exclusively is not very natural.

Anna Wise has determined a state of mind she calls The Awakened Mind which consists of all of those frequencies. Look at

http://www.annawise.com/the_work/

"The AWAKENED MIND brainwave pattern combines the intuitive, empathetic radar of the delta waves, the creative inspiration, personal insight, and spiritual awareness of the theta waves, the bridging capacity and relaxed, detached, awareness of the alpha waves, and the external attention and ability to consciously process thought of beta waves, all at the same time. It is a brainwave pattern shared by people in higher states of consciousness regardless of their philosophy, theology or meditation technique. This brainwave pattern can be found during “peak experience” and in all forms of creativity and high performance. The awakened mind is also the “ah-ha,” appearing at the exact instant of solving the problem, or getting the insight."

Shr33m,

So how do you suggest acheiving this so call awakended mind. Do you feel her CD's are the best. Or do you prefer mixing your own stuff. If so what do you feel is a good combination. Thanx

I say don't be afraid to grow your own stuff by trial and error. Each person is different and you don't have to conform to the mass produced market. We're so used to relying on COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) products. I do not feel that anyone's CDs are the best, otherwise I'd only keep that CD around. You can learn from everybody.

I've seen a bwgen preset for Anna Wise's Awakened Mind state around. Start with that and play with it. (I don't like listening to just binaural beat tones - it's just too boring and it doesn't put enough stress or challenge on my mind.) Write down your experimental results in a daily journal. Take measurements using programs like ThinkFast, BrainBuilder, ESP tester programs, Interactive Metronome, etc.

For example, take hypnosis tapes and CDs. I've seen so many out there, scouring the world, but I rarely, if ever, find anything ideal that's suited to my personal tastes. If I make my own, I can customize a program to fit my needs at a particular point in time. And needs have a tendency to change over time.

I'm free to choose whatever affirmations, trance inductions, music, freqs, imagery, subliminals, paraliminals, nlp, silva, huna, yogic, tibetan, chinese, japanese, korean, shamanic, energy system, healing modality, etc., techniques that I can personally engineer to meet my constantly changing requirements.

One advantage of adding speech-to-text software is that I can vary the rate of speed the words are spoken from very slow to fast like the speed talking stuff on Genius Code, as well as change pitch, tone.

If you've read the Centerpointe literature, then you know that their goal is to put stress on your brain making it grow stronger, just like you would stress a muscle to make it bigger and stronger. The intent of working out with weights is to stress the muscle into overload. If you do martial arts and break boards and bricks, then you know that you have to injure the bones in the hands so that it regenerates itself to become more dense and you can break more boards and bricks.

You grow by meeting greater and greater challenges. Self-growth is a personal thing. But if you're just a beginner starting out, just ignore everything here.
