Can anyone recommend a tape for removing brain "fog" ? Sometimes after listening to any of the paralims, I am so relaxed and feeling good that it is difficult to change gears from passivity into a take charge aggressive get it done mood. I have used Centerpointe's Stim tape & LSC 10-min supercharger. 10-min supercharger isn't powerful enough for me; and I've gone and misplaced the Stim tape. So, before ordering another Stim from Centerpointe, I thought perhaps folks on the forum might know of a newer, more efficient one(s). Just a tape to wake me up so I don't have to go for the coffee so much.
Thanks for any suggestions!

I listen to "Click, Click, Boom" from Saliva. Works for me just fine.

I like the "Attention!" CD by Paul Swingle, for the purposes you are describing. You can get it at toolsforwellness.com.

lol the old rock music approach. the paraliminals here are sometimes too relaxing arent they? i'd suggest some music or exercise after a paraliminal session, get your body moving and your mind will start working.

Funny you mention that CD, shr33m, someone suggested it oh, way back around this summer on the Centerpointe forum, and I went to the website and bought it and I absolutely love it!!! Very, very relaxing. The tracks come in a funny order, however: it's Fog Buster or Mental Sharpener first, and THEN Body Rejuvenator. I love the sleep mode they put me in soooo much that I haven't reprogrammed the CD player to play the BR first and then the wake you up ones. The 3 tracks last about an hour, and then I feel so good in that total super relax that I then remove the headphones and I clonk out for another hour. It is really an incredible sleep session! But... I'm missing the point of the whole thing, arent' I... I'm not using them correctly, am I...
BTW, do you really think the BR track can really increase HGH levels in someone? How often do you think one would have to use it to get an effect? Pretty hard to quantify/prove that it's happening, don't you think?

Another thought that crossed my mind is is there a chance these tracks might interfere with or reduce metabolism, the way they relax me? I wonder if these tapes might make someone gain weight! They put me in such a state of hibernation...

Anyway, sorry for the runon and so many questions/thoughts. It's just a thrill that someone else might have this tape. The website is so nebulous. Wish they said more.

Sure, you'd have to get your hgh or igf levels tested. But you can always use muscle testing to find out and even determine the percentage increase.

Generally it's thought that using the delta frequencies will help increase hgh levels since it normally does so during sleep.

It is an interesting CD though and for only $15 it gives other programs a run for their money.

You're right. The price was really cheap, the tracks are beautiful, and they do pack a punch.
