Yes, I've used this CD for several months now. Of course, I have loads of CDs & tapes to listen to, including all those paraliminals

.
They are different as night and day. The tracks on the CD consist of two 15 minute tracks and one 30 minute track. The CD tracks use binaural beat frequencies. With the 10 minute supercharger, you're going to have to get maximum rest in that short amount of time (without binaural beats and a repetitive masking aural ambience). You'll get more benefits from the 30 minute track. I like to rip the tracks to disk so I can burn a new CD with the ordering that I prefer, which is to put the BR track first instead of last.
I also like doing strange things like taking two or more tracks from different tape or CD programs and combining them together into a single audio track using a software audio mixer. I could then take tracks like BioRecharge and/or Awakened Minds and/or Holosync and/or (choose any) paraliminal tape and/or Monroe Institute Gateway/Voyager/Focus 21, and/or personal BWGEN compositions, etc., etc., ad nauseum. This way I save listening time by maximizing available time more efficiently. A mix of beta, alpha, theta, delta binaural beat frequencies are always good. You can also make your own paraliminal tracks with a mixer program. I just love having dozens of voices going through my ears - the more overhwelm, the better!! (Hehe, don't try this at home, folks.
