Hello,

I started practicing SFQ about 4 months ago and had been actively practicing daily when about 2 months in to the program I was diagnosed with a Spinal Injury (Right postro-lateral disc protrusion between C.V.6-7 with strongly effected right c6 nerve root sleeve) I had not done anything for this injury to occur, I just woke up one morning and there it was. I could not do any form of exercise so I stopped SFQ, I checked with my Doctor and he informed me not to do any abnormal neck movements.

I am unsure if this injury was caused by the SFQ Ending (neck rotations) so I am reluctant to start doing SFQ again. Does anyone have any advice?

I'd also like to know if I can skip the neck rotations in the ending - will it make any difference?

Looking forward to receiving your feedback

Thanks - Jewels
