I did exactly what the instructions said to with my Sonic Access and I hit 8 of 10 of my goals.

Hello,

I have been listening to Sonic Access for around 5 days now, just using the Success CD.

I haven't listened to the second part of the CD as it says I don't really need to and I just haven't had time. Do I lose anything by not listening to this?

It's a good way to get into meditating on your own. You don't really miss much and some folks enjoy just listening to it in the background as they do other things.

Greeting,

Has anyone ever experience "uncomfortable body" feeling while listening to Sonic Access?

Sometimes while I was listening to SA Success CD, my whole body gets really "uncomfortable" and want to stop listening right away. The first time I experienced "uncomfortable" feeling and I stop listening right away, I felt relief. The second time, I forced myself to listen till the end and felt relieved once the CD stop. Other times, I do not experience the uncomfortable feeling at all.

I don't really know how to described these body feeling but its like my body is telling me that it cannot take it anymore.

Can someone tell me what is going on?

Thanks!
FarEast

It can happen with many of the methods that involve relaxing the mind. I've had it with Spring Forest Qigong, Paraliminals and other meditation CDs. It happens from time to time I am actually more relaxed before listening and then part way through feel like climbing out of my skin. Those times I have learned to give it a rest it's not the time for me to be meditating it's time for me to be active doing what needs to be done.

Hello,

since I listened to Sonic Access for Success, after being out of work for around 4 months, I found the perfect job, got an interview and now have the job!

So it works!

Of course, I did other work, like investigated how to fill in the best possible application form and did my best to get it right etc. I'm not saying Sonic Access makes things fall into your lap, but it certainly helps you clarify your goals, decide what you want and stay focused on getting it.

Next stop...A great relationship!

Jodi

Congratulations Jodi! You used the perfect approach as you coupled factual action (like a good job application, etc) with spiritual exercises throught Sonic access. Well done!!!
