I have been listening to paraliminals for a while and recently purchased Ultimate You library. I've heard before that you should take a 20 minute break between paraliminals and use for no more than 3 hours a day. This seems sensible.

Many of the paraliminals contain 2 sessions per disc. I'm wondering if the 20 minute rules applies to these sessions or if this counts as 1 paraliminal. In other words, should I take a 20 minute break between the 2 sessions on say, Belief, or can I listen straight through?

Paraliminals with two sessions I would leave for even longer than 20 minutes. This is because one session is intended to start a shift towards the change that you desire. You may or may not need to listen to that question again before you move on to the next session. Also, you may not even need the next session.

Use the most relevant session to start. In some cases, you only need to use session B for your goal. Sometimes you start with , session B , and then come back to session A.

By allowing more than 20 minutes. It you allow integration to take place, and that way can focus more clearly on your purpose for the next session and consider it necessary. The first session you listen to may make a huge shift that the second session becomes unnecessary. And you're ready to start on a new project with the first. So I allow a day between listening.
