I've heard this warning about BWgen (brainwave generator) in that creating a routine of using it every single time to aid in a particular activity (say, studying or sleeping) will condition the brain and make it difficult to do such things if the aid is taken away. Does this also apply to paraliminals? Will I become dependent and cannot, say, take tests without having to listen to them right if I were to use Personal Genius and Memory Supercharger at least 3 times a day?
