I've had it with Spring Forest Qigong, Paraliminals and other meditation CDs. It happens from time to time I am actually more relaxed before listening and then part way through feel like climbing out of my skin. Those times I have learned to give it a rest it's not the time for me to be meditating it's time for me to be active doing what needs to be done. AlexK

So it works! Of course, I did other work, like investigated how to fill in the best possible application form and did my best to get it right etc. I'm not saying Sonic Access makes things fall into your lap, but it certainly helps you clarify your goals, decide what you want and stay focused on getting it. Next stop...A great relationship! Jodi
