Steve34-------Not too many programs work for me, either. I really like SFQ, though,, I quit practicing. I am also interested in
Seeds of Enlightenment, but I am a procrastinator. So I put the brakes on buying any new programs because I will not complete them.
Check out Burt Goldman---The American Monk
There are some amazing testimonials on his blog.
People use his methods to get themselves going in the direction they want to go, whether it is making themselves exercise, lose weight, learn new things, fears, lack, money and job issues, ect..
He has a free trial (or use to) ---just sign up and you will mailed 7 lessons. So far, I think he has the best multi- purpose program that I have ever seen. You will see what I mean. He has got all the bases covered.
I bought his Mindbox in hopes of it giving me the kick in the a** that I need. I have many unfulfilled parts of myself that I am just tired of. I also have a life-long anxiety problem. I think that much of this is on a spiritual level. I really that for me SFQ is the answer. I just need a boost to get there.
Hope this helps, Flower
