Hi All

I bought this Paraliminal about 10 or more years ago. I just wanted to know if it has ever been improved upon or updated in any way?

I think I will dig it out and give it a try! Mine is so old that it is on cassette tape. I wonder how often I am suppose to use it.

How often you need to use it depends on your goal or goals.

The CD has a Holosync soundtrack. That was never originally on the tape. So you find it easier to get into the relaxed state when listening to CDs.
