flower Junior Member Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 5	Hi All I bought this Paraliminal about 10 or more years ago. I just wanted to know if it has ever been improved upon or updated in any way? I think I will dig it out and give it a try! Mine is so old that it is on cassette tape. I wonder how often I am suppose to use it. Appreciate your answer Flower
