I am going to be taking math and statistics classes like crazy next semester. In fact, I am taking three math classes (multivariate calculus, linear algebra, and differential equation), and four statistics classes (probability, theoretical stat, time series and stochastics).

I am planning to use this winter vacation to start studying for some of these classes.

Paul in the Personal Genius tape says that we can either use this tape to increase our general learning ability or to use it to boost a specific area of learning. Since I am going to be taking so many quantitative classes next semester, I would really like to be able to use this tape to help me study quantitative materials.

Can anyone who has experience with using this tape tell me how exactly do I get the tape to help me become better learner with math/stat materials? Do I simply repeat in my head "I want to improve my quantitative ability" for the duration of the listening session? What am I suppose to do?

Any suggestion is appreciated
