Hi,
As we all know, meditation is no secret. Still, finding a way to focus your mind each day and become devoted to the practice of meditation is often very difficult. The secret of the Hypnotic Yogi Research Institute Serenity is its unique use of audio frequencies to put the mind in a meditative state. Our services now make these audio frequencies easily available to anyone with an interest in finding more peace and clarity in their lives.Download free version of serenity for our website.

Regards,

Hi Lakshmi,
SFQ offers several ways to focus your mind each day, and integrate meditation in one's lifestyle. Saying that meditation is often very difficult, is not a positive message to put forth.
Perhaps if you changed the message, you would have more success with whatever method you are practicing.
BTW, I live in Mpls., and, I have a special offer on ice today. I can't ship outside Mpls/St paul, but if you are in the area, give me a call and I will gladly give you a free bag of ice. I am putting a special healing message in the ice. Add the cubes to your favorite beverage, and, heaL. This is a limited offer, as I hear a thaw is coming next week.

What a generous offer, gallen. I happen to be within your shipping area, but coincidentally (strokes chin quizzically), I seem to be blessed with an abundance of ice as well, at the moment.

Lakshmi,
Personally, I find myself more easily immersed in meditation when in complete silence. I know sound can be an excellent tool to aid in meditation, and I'm sure this will be beneficial for some. There is much wisdom in offering free services. Thank you for sharing.

I made a perhaps lame attempt at trying to make a comment about selling ice cubes to eskimos. I only speak for myself.
I didn't realize Lakshmi's post was a quote from this site. It felt like a sales pitch, and there is a message in it, and energy to the message. The above post sounded to me like Lakshmi was the company offering this.
As an intended offering to help on Lakshmi's part , that is certainly different.
When I experience difficulty in my meditation focus, I see value in that. I sometimes see doubts or anxiety's that come up, or self judgement. I consider that valuable to experience. It tells me something about where I am at. It is a reflection of me. I then use the tools given in the practice, to work with where I am at. AS far as difficulty/motivation in maintaining a consistant practice, I found it useful in my beginnings of establishing a practice, to redefine to myself, the word work, to a positive.
I also have some yin/yang cufflinks I'd like to move.

Learning Strategies has worked with Silva and Holosync technologies. There are times and places for both, and more research to be done.

The beauty of Spring Forest Qigong, is that there aren't specific entrainment frequencies, so that your brain can go to whatever frequency at that instance is perfect for healing what's needed, and then to another, and another...

Gallen: I'll take two of those ice cubes in my tea the next time I'm invited over for homemade soup, and if you made the cuff links, I'll take a set as well.

Much Love,

Shawn

Interesting to hear about entrainment frequencies. I am quite ignorant concerning that side of things.
Consider yourself invited. I'll get back to you outside the forum. I actually have about four different homemades soups to pick from.
We will talk more about the cufflinks. I actually do have some, and I won't hold you to this! stay warm... best, gallen
