Sorry about my late reply(we Chinese students mostly are in boarding school without computers belong to students.)
Actually,I have beening using all of these techniques in my dialy study,though some are not so clear,I photoread all day.
There are two majoy problem.First is breathing technique,I don't feel really comfortable when I breathe. The other one is about superead,mostly my mind take no action.It really makes me disappoint.
And one more,how about the speed when i am reading the part I select.
Anyway,I am quite hopeful.
