Has anyone here tried the subliminal tapes from Midwest Research? I bought two tapes a few months back, but I really can't tell much of a difference. I have been playing them over speakers at night while I sleep. I have to mention that one of the speakers is out, but the spokeswoman said that the tapes would still work. I don't know if that's true or not.

Is it better to use headphones?

I never had much faith in subliminals. Although I used the some cd's from www.megabrain.com for a while. I think they had a positive affect. Just my two cents.
