Hey Gallen,

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. That was really helpful to me. I've been dreaming about my mother a lot recently and in my dreams she seems well. At first, not long after she passed, I would have visions of her standing in a certain corner of my apartment looking very sick but not quite as sick as she looked when she passed. I did some space clearing in that area and a lot of meditation. A few months later, I attended church services at the church we had her funeral in for the first time since her death (I hadn't even realized it until I was there and felt extremely sad) I closed my eyes and saw her looking so bright, happy and beautiful and from then on she has appeared to me in my Qi Gong meditations, particularly while doing Chunyi's self-concentration meditation, the part where you see yourself running with children in nature. She looks so well and free and full of energy. It's amazing how much I have these experiences but disregard them as projections or daydreams rather than seeing them as some form of connection with her. I don't try to see her I just see her. Through my Qi Gong practice and opening up my third eye with the Sun and Moon meditations I have felt much closer to her than ever.

I also love the idea of continuing to send her spirit healing energy. In some ways I already do this but to do it more consciously and with more confidence would be great. Thank you for the encouragement with the Active exercises too as you can tell I spend a great deal of time running around inside my head and usually when I do practice QiGong I do a sitting meditation. I think the idea of doing some of each thing will be very balancing and grounding for me as you suggested.

In reading back over my posts I do see how much I have strong intuitions yet still wrestle with myself about them. I am learning to trust myself more and more, though, and stories like yours really help me in that area.

It's interesting how this post started with me trying to learn how to help heal my relative with alzheimer's but instead has made me focus a bit more on trying to transform my grief and learn the lessons from my mother's life and death. This is so hopeful to me. Especially, Gallen, learning about how you trusted your intuition to help heal your mother in any way you could in body or in spirit.

I just started listening to the Faith and Confidence Paraliminals again. This is Day 2. I am going to add some active exercises to this. My intentions are to keep opening up my third eye, transform the heavy hopeless energy of my grief into much more free flowing creative energy, and to really help people to heal themselves. I will keep you posted.

Love, Griot
