Hi...I am new to using the Paraliminals. I love the Deep Relaxation. But, the instantaneous personal magnetism?

I listened to it and afterward issues from a relationship that ended 2 months ago CAME BACK. I felt really angry and stirred up all over again (those feelings had not been around for quite a while). It was a little disturbing, as I don't want to keep reliving that anger. Is this common? any suggestions?
