To be honest it doesn't matter a hoot what program you are working through, ES or another one. Perhaps we should consider this special intervention and go with the flow?

I am doing the Jack Canfield & Paul Sheele Effortless Success course. One of Jack's suggestions is to have the courage to share my goals and the steps I am taking. This greatly increases the power to succeed as it not only makes our goals feel real, but a partner can catapult us forwards too by setting the stage for accountability.

I have just finished writing my 101 goals and feel delighted. An achievement. Then I did the guided meditation (paraliminal) on Asking for Success. I clearly felt my highest guidance envelope me and then use a duster to clear away all the pain of the past. This was followed by a clear vision of having an eraser 'erase' asects that I no longer need (just like the magic eraser in lots of computer programmes). I didn't get any 'significant messages' (something that appears to upset others by reading their texts). However I was 'given to understand' that not all communication is verbal (how well I know this in real life), and that often the spoken word is inadequate to express or contain the real message. So I just sat back, watched the swallows wheeling around in a sunny sky (their first appearance this Spring), and allowed my highest wisdom to reshuffle my brain and open me to wonderful times ahead.

P.S. Three of my goals involve another trip to Australia.
1) Taking the family to some wonderful nature reserves (e.g the Pinnacles in W.A) and for a magical snorkle on the Great Barrier Reef.
2) Visiting Ayers Rock as a significant geological site complete with indigenous spirit
3) Running a course in the new UNESCO Geopark that an acquaintance of mine is helping to set up in Victoria - a volcanic experience.
