Well that is an interesting comment. So Alex (I mean the person who operates this interactive site), I hope you will take action today.
I was confused too when I saw them both lumped together - especially when you read Alex's own advice in the introductory session for beginners, that being specific is vital for good operation.
I think the whole site needs to be overhauled. It isn't serving its purpose - to effect sharing of experience and enable us to interact and support each other. What a pity that a malconceived site is causing customers to quit using it.
