Just wanted to tell of a success I've had using the Dream PLay Paraliminal.
I have listened to the paraliminal on and off for about a year without any success in lucidity although I did remember my dreams more. Well a few weeks ago,I listened for about 3-4 nights in a row and on the last night I acheived lucidity.
I've had many dreams in which I'm the main character in a 007-type storyline. In this particular one, I was working with a female secret agent to rescue another female being held in a fortified castle. The woman I was with was an ex-girlfriend while the woman being rescued was a (hopefully) soon-to-be future girlfriend.
The point of lucidity came when I asked the ex-girlfriend secret agent the name of our target, and she told me the name of the other woman. In my dream, I remember thinking "you don't know her? ... AH HA!! This is a dream!!!!" Then a feeling of confidence like none I've ever known came over me. I left my partner, confidently marched into the castle, fought off a few bad guys, and found the woman.
Then just as I attempted to kiss her, I woke up. The great thing was that the feeling of super confidence was still with me and lasted the entire day.
